I would highly recommend Denis and his team at All Pro Roofing & Guttering and would not hesitate to use them again. Denis was great at maintaining good communication from the offset. Denis came to view my roof and provided me with a free quote within 24 hours of me contacting him, something none of the other contractors I liaised with did. The quote Denis gave for the work was very reasonable and competitive. I also found him to be very honest about the work that actually needed doing. Other contractors had tried to push us into having work done that definitely wasn’t necessary. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision about whether to have the work done. Denis is very polite and respectful. The work was carried out in a timely manner and to a very high standard. I was sent a photo after the work had been completed so I could see what had been done. Denis was a great communicator from when we first spoke. He was punctual and respectful when he came to do an initial assessment, explaining everything needed in a simple way and clear on what was and wasn't needed. He did not rush me to make a decision and agreed to attend a second time when I wanted to extend the scope. Honouring his first quote despite the lapse in time. I had this company come to my property around a month ago now, and i have to say i am absolutely astonished with the professionalism i recieved from this company. From my first quotation, to installation and cleanliness. Theses guys work magic! I had my ridges done with them, Dennis the mamager of this company is a very friendly and helpful man, and so are the boys that work with him. The person fitting my new dry fix ridge system was Andy, hes a lovely lad and ensured me thst i was getting the very best. He left my property clean and tidy asked me if the job id had done was of my satisfactory and that if i were to have any issues to contact him or Dennis and they'll be round straight away to sort it.
