I reached out to Alice with the mindset that I needed to lose weight and ai needed someone to tell me what to do. I had started by myself and didn't feel motivated at all. In our initial consultation we discussed moved, fitness levels and nutrition ans agreed on a plan that I hoped would work for me. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help clients by training in blocks. Training will focus on improving athletic performance, whether that is strength, power, agility, speed or endurance.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
I believe the body of your dreams should be more about seeing what your body is capable of, rather than how it looks. The secret to this is loving your training and consistently showing up.
What do you love most about your job?
I love taking people who have never really trained before and watching them fall in love with it the way I did.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I didn’t grow up particularly physically active and it still surprises me to this day what my body is capable of. If I can do it, anyone can!
Why should our clients choose you?
A lot of the fitness industry focuses on how people look, however appearances and health are not the same thing. I will never use before and after pictures of clients as I personally don’t think they mean much. Instead we will focus on improvements and being your best self!
