About my lessons
In my dance lessons you will find that I am very attentive and will always listen to what my students want to get from my classes. My classes vary in their structure as I tailor my lesson to my students needs, but usually we will do a warm up, go over some new moves and grooves or exercises, and then start to learn a new dance (choreographed in certain styles chosen by you), or a short combination of the learnt moves in the lesson, and then wind down by having a good stretch and cool down at the end.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing my student's grow as dancers and start to feel confident and joyful at being able to dance. From a teacher's perspective, when you can start to see your student's improvement in general, and their excitement when some dance moves suddenly click. Or just their overall attitude changes from feeling insecure to then wanting to show me what they can now do, it just really makes me happy. I'm so passionate about teaching dance because I get to see the positive changes in the student, and how happy they are progressing and being able to enjoy moving to music.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I live in an area where dancing is more geared towards children and them taking classes etc. There are some adult classes but not many and usually only for certain styles, such as ballet. I wanted to be able to give the joy of being able to dance to a much wider audience and not limit them to one style. I also love creating and choreographing and wanted my own space to be able to just freely do that myself.
Why should our clients choose you?
One of the things most of my students tell me is that I'm a very patient, friendly individual who will always make you feel comfortable and at ease during my lessons. I really want my student to feel they are in a safe space when dancing, as I understand how awkward it must feel to learn to dance in front of a complete stranger. I also really spend the time tailoring each lesson to each students needs so they can get the most from doing their lessons with me. I teach a wide variety of dance styles and I'm always learning and progressing myself so I can be at the top of what I do. Here's also a list of dance styles I provide: Hip Hop/ Street Dance, Heels, Commercial, Jazz, Jazz Funk, Tap Dance, Shuffle Dance, Ballet (for beginners) and Wedding First Dance.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Most of my students actually take lessons from me online as they are all over the country or even in some other countries. Lots of people feel skeptical about learning online and don't think that it works for dance, but it really does. I can still see you, I can still guide you on the movements and I can still correct you. All my audio and video equipment is in sync and is at a high quality so you can see and hear me clearly. I also offer a free 30 minute taster session so you can see if it's something that would work for you or not.
