My coaching services are designed to be supportive and help guide you on your journey of
self-discovery towards empowerment. The over arching aims of AJCatalystCoaching is for you to achieve your goals and unlock your full potential.
I offer all different facets of coaching, Life Coaching, Wellness& Stress, Life Transition Retirement and Goal setting. For younger adults in full-time education I do coaching sessions where they are able to talk and set out a pathway for their immediate future.
I am also a qualified existential counsellor and blend this skill will my coaching skills.
I am committed to all my clients and I am also committed to my own growth as a person. I feel it is very important for all my clients to be coached by the best version of myself whilst we work together to discover the best and most positive person that you can be.
