The venue and the guests who hire this venue have absolutely no consideration of the residents living in the area especially those opposite from the front and the back . We used AJ Limos for my daughter and 3 of her friends Prom in July 2025. Their service was amazing. I booked the Rolls Royce Ghost quite early in the year. I called them a week or so before Prom and everything was in place for the car to arrive. When it did arrive, we were pleasantly surprised that the car had been upgraded to the Rolls Royce Phantom, it was a beautiful car inside and out. The driver was a very pleasant, polite and friendly gentleman who waited patiently whilst we took photographs. He then proceded to open the car door for each of the girls, they felt super special. On the 30 minute drive to the venue, the girls told me the driver was very polite ie: he turned up the music when a song came on the radio that they liked and turned on the air conditioning when they said they were warm. When they arrived at the venue, the driver opened the car doors for each of the girls. I would like to say a heartfelt thank you for making this part of the Prom as wonderful for them as it could be. Booked AJLimos through an agency for my daughters prom. Paid £515 altogether (£350 for the car) for 1 hour. Gave all the details of pick up times, arrival time at the venue (which was 6. 15pm). Got a phone call at 6pm, half an hour after pick up to say my daughter had been dropped off. We were just pulling into the car park after a wait to get in so completely missed my daughter arriving, so very disappointed to miss her arrive. I did actually make the gentleman come back for a few photos of her in the car at the venue. Yes he did send me photos of her arriving but as a family we missed her arrive and that we will never get back. Very disappointed that we paid for an hour service and got half an hour. I did ask in my emails that the gentleman drive round and my daughter be at the venue no earlier than 6.15pm. Heartbroken to miss her arrive. Car was stunning and just what I wanted for her. Incredible service from start to finish. The customer service was top notch. The gentleman I spoke to and booked with on the phone was more than helpful and accommodating. He took the pressure and stress out of the whole thing for me by building individual packages to suit us and even sent pictures of each package so we new exactly what we were booking. Would give 6 stars for AJ Limos if I could!We booked AJ Limos for our wedding day as I wanted to travel in a classic wedding vehicle. It was so easy to book and when we needed to make changes, these were easily accommodated by the company.On the day of our wedding, the car arrived promptly and had been decorated with white ribbon which was a great addition and looked amazing in photos.I didn't get a chance to catch the driver's name but he was so lovely. Made sure we were comfortable, put the roof down for when I made my grand entrance into the venue and even hung around a little longer than we had booked so me and my new husband could get some photos with the car.Honestly, would highly recommend this company to anyone.
