We used AJ Limos for my daughter and 3 of her friends Prom in July 2025. Their service was amazing. I booked the Rolls Royce Ghost quite early in the year. I called them a week or so before Prom and everything was in place for the car to arrive. When it did arrive, we were pleasantly surprised that the car had been upgraded to the Rolls Royce Phantom, it was a beautiful car inside and out. The driver was a very pleasant, polite and friendly gentleman who waited patiently whilst we took photographs. He then proceded to open the car door for each of the girls, they felt super special. On the 30 minute drive to the venue, the girls told me the driver was very polite ie: he turned up the music when a song came on the radio that they liked and turned on the air conditioning when they said they were warm. When they arrived at the venue, the driver opened the car doors for each of the girls. I would like to say a heartfelt thank you for making this part of the Prom as wonderful for them as it could be. Booked AJLimos through an agency for my daughters prom. Paid £515 altogether (£350 for the car) for 1 hour. Gave all the details of pick up times, arrival time at the venue (which was 6. 15pm). Got a phone call at 6pm, half an hour after pick up to say my daughter had been dropped off. We were just pulling into the car park after a wait to get in so completely missed my daughter arriving, so very disappointed to miss her arrive. I did actually make the gentleman come back for a few photos of her in the car at the venue. Yes he did send me photos of her arriving but as a family we missed her arrive and that we will never get back. Very disappointed that we paid for an hour service and got half an hour. I did ask in my emails that the gentleman drive round and my daughter be at the venue no earlier than 6.15pm. Heartbroken to miss her arrive. Car was stunning and just what I wanted for her. Service up to that point was spot on too. But so very disappointed that we didn't get the full service we asked for. More...
