What do you love most about your job?
Every job is like solving a different puzzle, and requires different skill sets from different staff members. Plus working outside and the physical effort and hard work. This is why so many military veterans get into tree work!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being able to set my own terms on which i work, and being able to employ people from the veterans community, giving them opportunities for work and professional development.
Why should our clients choose you?
We pride ourselves on being clear and honest with every customer. We also have very high standards of cleanliness, risk management and workmanship. We aim to use low impact methods, such as using battery operated or bi-fuel tools, and even using lightweight all-terrain vehicles to cover ground on our larger woodland maintenance jobs.

Unfortunately any tree work cannot be done remotely. We can however, provide advice and information online and remotely and have done so with many customers.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The process for estimating or quoting can in some instances take place via video-call, and once onsite, strict measures can be put into place to limit exposure.
Deer manangement
Deer population control for estates, farmers and landowners. Culling, sacrificial crops, fencing. We aim to promote healthy herds of all species of native deer, while protecting crops and new trees from the damage deer cause.
Garden maintenance
We provide garden clearance and maintenance services throughout Nottinghamshire at an hourly rate. All green waste is removed from site.
Tree work
Felling, removal, pruning, trimming, pollarding, reductions, crown lifting, dead-wooding and planting. All tree work is prices on a per-job basis which will require a site visit.
Stump grinding
Removal of tree stumps to below ground level using a stump grinding machine. Priced on a per-job basis, by site visit or remotely using photographs.
Woodland/Land management
Full-service from planning to maintenance. All tree work, brushcutting, installation of bird/bat boxes, planting of wildflower meadows, habitat restoration, re-wilding. We will help with any grant applications, felling licences etc as well. One-off jobs or ongoing contract work.
Tree planting
Planting of saplings, seeding, shrubs or larger young trees. We will work with you to advise on the most suitable type of tree to plant, and the right time of year and how to maintain them.
Drone photography
Our fully certified and insured drone operators provide this service for property sales, site surveys, surveillance, livestock counts, deer census, storm damage checks and more. All drone work is priced per hour or per half-day.
