Be very very careful - look elsewhere!!!!!
Company were instructed to manage 4 x apartments under development.
Windows were left wide open overnight, incompetent staff were employed and completely unaware of the layout, informed of double rate for bank holiday after the bank holiday had finished and agreement made for "marked vehicle" on site which never showed up.
Most significantly, a VAT invoice was sent for payment when Airforce Security are not VAT registered and I was blackmailed to pay prior to escalation with HMRC.
Disinstructed after three weeks - I strongly advise not to use this company as you will have issues.

Firstly, in response to the claim that windows were left open overnight, we reviewed the CCTV footage of the body Camera from the period when our company managed your apartments. The footage conclusively demonstrates that our staff diligently maintained the security of the properties, with no instances of windows being left open overnight. Our team is trained to prioritize property security, and this was consistently upheld throughout our tenure. Regarding your comments about staff competence and familiarity with property layouts, we maintain rigorous training processes to ensure our personnel are well-prepared for their roles. We have no records of incompetence or unfamiliarity with property layouts during our time managing your apartments. It's also crucial to address the issue of payment, as you mentioned difficulties related to payments. Our company has a long-standing commitment to timely payment disbursement and strict adherence to regulations. Any issues with payments have arisen from factors beyond our control on your side as you refused to pay for the service we provided. We also offered a discount of 20% from our original agreed rate of service to keep you as a customer happy but you still failed to deliver us a total and complete payment. With regarding the “marked vehicle” there was no agreement made that there would be a patrol van on site. Our company patrol van did appear on your site but only because that is the means of transportation for one of our staff members. Regardless, it was never in form agreement of the original terms. Furthermore, your assertion that we made false claims is concerning, as we always aim to provide transparent and accurate information to our clients. We would appreciate specific examples of any false claims made to address them adequately. We remain dedicated to delivering professionalism and high-quality service to all our genuinely clients, not fraudulent clients like yourself, that refused to pay for services rendered and cook up a sort of lies altogether for no reason.
