Hello there,

I'm Ahmet and I provide a professional airport transfer service (A Barut Transfers) for customers in and around Dartford, Kent. However, I am more than happy to travel to customers within a 15 miles radius of Dartford.

I have been a Private Hire Driver since August 2020 and I pride myself on professionalism, aiming to provide an accommodating and friendly experience for my valued customers.

I am thorough when discussing details with customer requests, to ensure I meet my customers needs and expectations. I aim to provide an excellent service for customer satisfaction.

I have a comfortable car (MG 5) that fits 4 passengers (excluding driver) and a boot that fits two large suitcases and still have extra room for other bags/items.

For airport pickups, I provide a meet and greet service with a name board, included in the final price of the trip.

My car is equipped with phone charging cables for customers to use whilst on a trip.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
-Full payments for confirmed bookings are taken up front via bank transfer.
-Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all confirmed bookings.

**Cancellation and Refund Policy**

**NOTE** In the policies below, the words ‘I’, ‘my’, ‘me’ and ‘driver’ all refer to the Private Hire Driver (Ahmet Barut)

**1. Cancellation Fees:**
- Cancellations made within 24 hours from a non-airport address will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost.

**2. Airport Cancellation Fee:**
- Cancellations made at the airport, will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the final agreed price of the trip.

**3. No-Show Policy:**
- In the event of a no-show, where the client fails to appear after a two-hour waiting period, a cancellation fee of 100% of the final agreed price of the trip will be charged.
-The two-hour waiting period could be extended for valid reasons from the customer i.e. flight delays. However, this would incur a £20 extra waiting fee for every extra hour.

**Note:**
- All cancellations/delays/rescheduling requests must be communicated directly to Ahmet Barut via phone or email (contact details provided after booking) no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time to avoid cancellation fees.
- Cancellation fees will be applied to cover loss of earnings and operational costs and ensure the availability of my services to other clients.

**4. Customer Refunds**
-I offer a commitment to on-time pickups and drop-offs. However if I, in extremely unlikely circumstances, had to cancel the trip due to my own fault, at any stage between the confirmed booking date until the end of the trip, customers would receive a full 100% refund.
-If I had to cancel any trip due to my own fault, I would formally cancel in writing via email before the trip starting time. If I had to cancel during the trip, I would cancel it verbally in front of the customer and formally confirm that verbal cancellation via email.
-If I had to cancel a trip due to abusive customers and disrespectful customer conduct, in this case, there will be 100% no refund. Evidence of customer misconduct would be gathered and saved from CCTV footage provided by the CCTV installed in my insured vehicle (OV22 CHH).
