Hi John, I think there has been some confusion. The quote included removing a hedge, as per your Bark request. The hedge and corresponding stumps were removed over a 2 day period and the area around was then tidied, including brushing/blowing yours and your neighbors driveways to make sure they were clear of debris. You then decided I needed to remove things that weren't part of the original quote, such as the ivy carpet and leaves from a tree outside of your property boundary. All work was completed to the specification of the quote and these extra's weren't agreed beforehand. Admittedly I did miss a few stumps, and when you emailed to tell me, I returned within 4 days after moving around other jobs to apologize and rectify. I asked you to point out where these stumps were before removing them. I left them in a pile for your garden waste bin as it'd cost me £50.00+ to dispose of them properly. I think leaving a 1 star review for expecting me to do work we hadn't agreed is a bit unreasonable. Had you specified these expectations at the start I could've acted upon them at the time, avoided this dissatisfaction and charged appropriately for them in my quote. As as small business I can't afford to do things for free. Thanks, Josh
