Hi I'm Caz, a Nutrition Coach based in Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire, I offer face to face and online services.
I help people who are wanting sustainable weight loss, who are wanting to reduce their risk of future chronic diseases or those who are struggling with current health difficulties and want improved nutrition to support this.
I also provide nutrition support for optimal sports performance.
I have a Level 5 diploma in Advanced Nutrition Science, I am a qualified Olympic Lifting coach and am currently training to be a Personal Trainer specialising in pre and post natal exercise support.
