What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Firstly we ask for details about yourself. Which may seem strange however it helps us gauge the best route to take when creating a product you will love.
We then want to know what style you like. We have had clients that love certain things that the previous client hated and vise versa.
Secondly we want to know about your business and most importantly what we can do to help you.
And finally we want to know what you think the service you are purchasing will achieve yourself. We do not want any false expectations. We want you to be more than happy with the service you have purchased so looking at expectations is very important.
What do you love most about your job?
The things I love most about working at Adept Media are...
People. I love meeting new clients and finding out about themselves.
Value. One of our main values, is actually value. We want you to get the best for your hard earned money.
Creativity. Always having to find new ways of doing things and adding that creative element really keeps me wanting to improve within the business and the projects we take on.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I felt that my previous employer didn't really care about the clients. They charged extortionate prices for a service that was sub-par. I felt that wasn't fair on anybody's part.
So, I created Adept Media. From day one our primary value is value. We want to go the extra mile to provide what you are looking for and more. We aren't just another agency, we are your partners in online success.

Our services are primarily online as that is our sector. However, if required we can make a visit to your premises (extra costs are occurred). We generally work out of our office which does have facilities for our clients to come and see how we work and have a meeting within our space if that is something they want.
