For the past four years, I have been trying to find a good and reliable gardener. I searched the internet and with ease found Addassa Gardeners Services.
Maureen, the owner came to my home and we had a consultation and discussed my needs, vision and what the job would entail; she was very attentive and listened to all my needs. In contrast, previous companies I have approached tend to ask for emails and photos and oftentimes dont listen to the client; I have had experiences where companies state what they think is best rather than listening to the client and catering to their individual needs and requirements.
Nick, the Gardener who works for Maureen has attended my garden three times, as a keen gardener who is also a member of two horticultural societies and a former allotment holder. I can truly say that Nick has done excellent work to my garden. What impresses me most is his professionalism, good time keeping and punctuality. Additionally, his knowledge of the name of plants, the soil, weather relating outcomes and the scientific composition of how best to adapt my existing plants, is really valuable.
Nick is very communicative and is constantly updating me and reviwing how best to go forward with the work on my garden. I can totally trust him to follow my instructions with his wisdom of what is best for my garden and my passion for plants. Nick, also helps with other garden duties such as shopping for garden items, moving heavy pots around the garden and helping with other garden projects.
I cannot thank Maureen and Nick enough for their professionalism and most importantly, listening to my requirements. They were worth my four years wait to find the right company and I am very pleased with the work so far.

What inspired you to start your own business?
During lockdown I recognised there was a need for good reliable gardeners when I helped a friend on a gardening job. I have always loved gardening so I turned my passion into a business.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I carry and use hand sanitizer. I wash my hands often and thoroughly. If I feel unwell I take a covid test. I wear masks inside
Projects and Garden Maintenance
We are happy doing small to big jobs which involve soft landscape gardening and some aspects of hard landscape gardening. We offer: pruning, deadheading, weeding, planting plants/bulbs, transferring plants, instal new lawns and all aspects of lawn maintenance, cut hedges and shrubs, cut down shrubs and small trees, clear moss and weeds from patios and drives, create soft landscape garden makeovers, calculate mulch/aggregates required, lay mulch/aggregates, calculate and lay weed barriers, clear gardens that are over with weeds, diagnose, treat and feed plants and trees with the assistance of ‘Picture This’ which is a plant app, green waste bag removal and I can organise bulk waste collection.
Our rates start from £25 per person per hour.
