I would rate this company absolutely at the top of my list for honesty and reliability. Tony investigated whether or not my project was viable on a pro bono basis. It is not viable, but I have not been charged as Tony has established this in his own time by enlisting other professionals in his vast network. Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
After an initial discussion with us we attend site to carry out a survey, after which we produce drawings as existing and proposed to show the works. We then submit them for planning approval and after the decision deal with building regulations.
