I've been having physio with Adam for around 5 months now and I have never felt better! I went to Adam with an injury in my upper left trap which is now fully healed and functioning better than before, he is also helping me fix my hip which is mis-aligned. I haven't felt better and couldn't recommend this service any more. Really good, I had stiffness of neck and was in terrible pain .The pain was getting worse and was radiating to my shoulder after using computer which was a part of my profession, and was really uncomfortable.
