Adam focuses on his client and explains clearly what each exercise is. He talks positively about the training. Never do I see him diverted to using his phone as we all know many people do.
Additionally he has a great smile and a good sense of humour. All of these characteristics create a really positive atmosphere in which to exercise. Time passes fast and I feel good after each session.
