What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy working with different businesses every day, learning more about what they do and seeing them achieve their goals whilst working with us. The best bit about my job is knowing we can be a factor in a business owner's success.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked as a PA for a business coaching firm that coached some of the most driven businesses within the region. The business owners we worked with were hungry for success and absolutely determined to achieve their 90-day, 1-year, 3-year and 5-year goals.
One of the biggest troubles as a business owner is not having enough time in the day. Instead of focusing on the most important tasks that will make the biggest difference, their time can be drained by emails, calls, admin, client servicing, and so on. These businesses weren't in the position to hire an Executive PA full-time, so I saw an opportunity to offer these much-needed services to these businesses so they could take advantage of an Executive PA in their business whilst offering flexible packages whilst remaining within their budget.
