Booked with Acquah and Co for our recent summer holiday flight transfers, Coventry to BHX.

Professional, reliable and very comfortable service. I dealt with Elijah for booking, he was pleasant and polite.

We even had to change the booking as Ryanair moved the flight times from a pleasant day time arrival home to a not so nice after midnight which was then delayed further. We weren't collected until gone 2am buy it really was no trouble for this team.

Very reasonable pricing also despite the changes and subsequent inconvenience for them. I highly recommended this company and will be using again in future. More...

We used Elijah for our airport transfer from Daventry to East Midlands airport on the 26th July. From our very first conversation, Eli was fantastic. He was fair, honest and very helpful. He didn't haggle, instead he asked me what I felt was a fair price. As I had never paid for an airport transfers before I wasn't really sure , he didn't take advantage of this and instead just had a conversation about what he would usually charge and even offered to match/ better any quotes we had been given.
Eli's communication from that point onwards was excellent, he went over and above to ensure we knew exactly what would happen on our journeys to and from the airport.
When the day came, Elijah was extremely flexible because we asked if he could arrange our transport to come slightly earlier which is organised without any difficulty. His driver arrived and was professional, friendly and very helpful. The vehicle was clean, smooth and couldn't have been more straightforward.
On collection from EMA, our flight was delayed meaning we had to let Eli know that there may be a longer wait for him than anticipated, he was completely understanding even though it was in the early hours. He was once again so professional, helpful and kind.
We recommended his service to my family members who are travelling to Greece today 16th August and I have just been informed that they were just as thrilled with Acquah and Co as we were.

Brilliant service from start to finish, could not recommend them highly enough and I will definitely be using this service in future, as will my family members!

To be very honest I was bit nervous to hire him for a pick- drop to Gatwick. But once I spoke to him I was comfortable. He picked us 15 minutes late but due to Sunday it was ok. Driver Elijah from Acquah and Co LTD was professional, respectful, friendly and accomodating.
Called me before hand regarding an urgently required last minute drop off to the airport, agreed a price prior to confirming the booking and arriving, turned up on time in a very clean and accomodating vehicle. Elijah was professional and friendly throughout his conduct, and got me to the airport on time - which was all very important to me.
