They came the day and time they said, cleared all trees professionally and they cleaned up afterwards. After being let down this morning by another company who also changed the price too, I messaged this company who came out within 1 hour and saved the day, Tree gone and rubbish removed plus garden swept,slightly more expensive but worth it to get a first class job done and even on a bank holiday, as they say you get what you pay for and highly recommend this company, first class job done professionally Thanks again

The service I got went beyond what I had expected and I was over the moon with the work. I chose Matthew to do this work for me as the comms were good from the start of the request - and were maintained throughout until the work was completed. More importantly if he said he would do something or he gave a time - he did what he said he was going to do or he turned up when he said he was going to. A very approachable person who made me feel like I was valued as a customer.

I am well impressed with the standard of the work - well impressed. He was unable to complete a small part of the work as he needed access to a neighbours house and was unable to get it in my absence - he has already made plans to ensure that this is finished and I have every confidence that it will be.

If I need a similar service going forward I would not approach anyone else for the work to be done - and if I get the opportunity, I will be recommending him to anyone I know who needs the services he delivers.

Matt came the same day to see the job, unlike others he didn't ask what we wanted to spend, didn't ask how much we'd been quoted off others, didn't give me a high price and say he'd knock money off if he could do it now, he just gave me a price, no pressure, no hassle and was the cheapest. It smells like smokers outlet inside which is not what you want to smell when you walk into a bakery. The cupcakes were alright I just couldn’t get pass the first impression. I don’t think I’ll be back.

This place is awesome!!!!! Had my mother's 67th birthday cake made here with a scanned portrait of her on it. Heather was able to get the portrait from a weathered picture I had of my mom when she was 21 yrs old. It came out amazingly beautiful with no signs of it coming from a weathered and old pic. After carefully going over my options of which bakery I wanted to make my sons 5th birthday party cake I went ahead a decided to try this place, and ever so thankful I did! !! When I seen it I thought sure it looks amazing but what’s it gonna taste like? Well after the party I can tell you that it tasted just as good as it looked!!! Really nice people to do business with! Heather, the cake artist herself really takes pride in her work and as far as pricing goes, custom cakes are going to cost you no matter what and the prices are more then fair for all the work she puts into her cakes. Where to begin. My wife ordered a cake here for 334 dollars. She put a deposit of 187 dollars down. She called me after. I called them within 10 minutes of her walking out and told them I was sorry for the miscommunication but that I would need a refund due to I had already ordered a cake. I was told that wasn't possible. I politely said okay well I'll be in Monday and we will get something worked out. I had them remove a tier off and a separate smash cake to which they took off 30 dollars and the cake was still 334 somehow. My delivery was an hour late. I am sure they are great ppl but the cake looked nothing like what we had asked for. She drew the picture we showed her and then forgot what it looked like I think or just didn't want to put the detail. Her cupcakes at the shop are to die for. Best cupcakes I've ever had. The cake was okay it wasn't nearly as good as what I was told to expect. I'm sorry to leave a bad review anywhere but I also don't want anyone being as disappointed as my wife and I were for our sons 1st birthday. I had bragged for weeks about how awesome this cake would be due to her cupcakes. I encourage anyone to go and buy cupcakes from them but I do not believe anyone should buy big custom cake from them. To the Artist and her Husband. I'm sorry to leave this review. Y'all seem like nice people but you did not due right by me or my family on this.
