I highly recommend Aberdeen North East Roofing services. I first reached out to Iain and his team when I was in hospital after the birth of my son, March 2023. I had experienced years of terrible service from another roofer. I'd paid 5 years earlier for a completely new roof, which never kept out water. I was devastated by the terrible service I had received, I'd lost all trust in tradesmen. Iain's team replaced the whole roof and repaired the damaged caused by years of leaking. Great service received from this company from the initial site visit to survey the issues, provision of a quote and then completion of works. No issues when I added a couple of tasks to the scope of work, this was all taken in the team's stride. Some time became available inbetween their other workscopes so slotted me in. Work has been completed to a good standard which was evident from the photos taken by the work team before work started and after the job was complete. Worksite was left clean and tidy and even cleaned up some debris on the flat roof left from a previous workscope (different contractor) with no quibble and cleaned the guttering. Initial contact with company very positive staff friendly and helpful. A site visit was followed by a detailed quote for work required on our roof. The two men who carried out the work were friendly, worked hard and explained steps as job progressed. I can't appreciate the timely and professional service offered by Aberdeen North East Roofing enough. Right after the strong wind had swept some of the roof tiles of our house away (thankfully no one was hurt) last couple of weeks, North East Roofing came to our rescue with prompt replies and quote (with prices more reasonable than others). Iain and the reception staff are particularly helpful. Inspection was done promptly. Not only the damaged part was mended, Bruce, one of the staff, was thoughtful enough to help us examine the rest of the roofing and repair another loosened piece as well. The guys have done a cracking job repointing our Gable-end wall. After finding wet patches coming through the walls the lads informed us the previous owner had had it done with cement, which was crumbling away. The Lyme has made a huge difference to the look of the property and hopefully now we will be water-tight for years to come.
