I hired Chris to paint my bedroom on Fri 4 October.
While this was a job that was supposed to be three of the walls painted he only managed two and what he provided was an appalling effort.
I had to sand down my walls because of this cowboy with a brush making a slapdash job with a pile roller which was not appropriate for this surface.
Chris had put paint on my skirting boards and has also managed to paint my wallpaper which cost me £50 a roll. The coat of paint on the two walls were so patchy and I was wondering why so I took the liberty to clean the roller and bucket which he left in my apartment (for a job he was coming back to finish a week later, this is gross and lack of care) with both items still covered in paint and noticed that the roller and paint bucket were both caked in white emulsion from a previous job so this was leaving surface marks on my wall.
I messaged Chris to resolve this issue as he was supposed to come over and finish painting and told him I no longer wanted him to paint my sitting room. I asked for my money back which he has refused to pay. A person who kept bleating that "he did the job in good faith" does not mean he managed the work professionally which he is obviously incapable of providing.
Jack of all trades who seems to only be a 'master' of oven cleaning. Avoid.

Chris used all his own products!...he swept the floor after his wrk ...but I had to go into a few places in both ovens to clean grease !

As I suffer from several health conditions I was delighted when Chris contacted me,date arranged and on the morning he was due to Come, no show I waited till 11am (due at 10am) phoned got no answer, texted him no reply,I am still waiting for an apology and a reason why they never turned up, Bad business and I will never use them again.

Very disappointing to receive this late last night. I contracted Norovirus and the business was interrupted for 4 days over the date of this booking. We contacted every booking, including this one, and managed to reschedule everyone apart from this booking as were told 'I am not well, just cancel the booking'. The business has operated uninterrupted for 3 years, this has been the only period we haven't fulfilled all bookings. To receive this review seems overly critical as all steps were taken to keep in communication with customers and reschedule all affected bookings.
