Very friendly guys but cancelled on our moving day, 25 minutes before they were supposed to turn up. Van had apparently broken down, leaving us in a massive pickle. After I sent for a free quote, I immediately received a call from one of the staff and he has offered to come over to the house as I didn't sent photos. So we arranged to make an appointment at the time when I got home from work. He did contact me via WhatsApp as he was running late due to the traffic. When I arrived, I showed him the waste and I told him of my budget for the waste collection. I was impressed that Move Swift can do a same day collection as I've been told that there were waiting times for the collection by the city council and other services. Before he put the waste away, we agreed on a price of £30 for a bulky waste collection, which I was very happy of. The waste I had at the house I'm living, are three bags of garden waste, old shower screen, some wooden fence and car exhaust pipe. It took about several minutes to have the job done and I paid his service via card reader. I would recommend them if you are living in a shared accommodation, on a tight budget and the agency or tenants are not dealing with the waste you can't get rid of. I really appreciated one of your guys coming over in early evening hours and make half of the original cost of the bulky waste collection. If I had more than the waste I got, I would pay the original cost. In the end, I am thrilled of this fast affordable service. Thank you very much, Move Swift. More...
