I dealt with Tom and Archie from Abbeygate who gave advice in relation to my tax returns. Communication from them was great, starting off with an initial phone call and consultation with Tom, which was then promptly followed up with a summary email letting me know everything we'd discussed and the follow-up action needed on my side. The two things I liked most about the whole experience were: 1. Never felt pushy and always came across as genuine with a keen desire to help and support me. 2.
