Well please let us reply back to this review! When we started this job all was well & good, we did take out the hedge also, we aslo removed all the rubbish without extra charge, we put up fence panels & posts without eny issues. However by the second week in ,it did start raining heavly ,so we did have to stop working on the job for a couple of days, however all good again, then later on in the evening it started raining again. We did manage to put all panels up and stabilized them to hold in position, once all panels was up we did then start on the bottom half of the garden fence, but we did however exsplain to the customer due to the back garden being at a angle & not being in a straight kind of angle, we did work around it by using featherhedge boards, but the problem was as we exsplained that the 2x partition wall pillars wasent matching up as this was out of line, again , i did exsplained this , above all this we did speak to the customer & she was quite happy with it ,& in the end & ,understood this, then after a couple of days we was left with a message from her partner saying he was un happy & he would like it resolved, so again free of charge we whent back out to this customer, to see the issue in person, & yes as we exsplained before we completed the job to leave the gate closed, to set the postcrete properly, but again the customer informed us that she had to take her bins out for the refuse, again in which it out placed the gate, so we did fix the gate re-took it off & then re-positioned it, again in her words,was that it woud have to do, & excepted the job was good for the value thats was given. Now however when this customer is stating that an adult like a child, we take pride in talking to our customers, so whilst we commence the work descibed in our quotations, as,we always speak to the customers to make sure they are happy& that nothing can or will go wrong, in prosess , so again if this customer wasent happy with the work we commenced then we wouldn’t have been given payment, and finaly, we did powerwash this customers patio and again this was free of charge due to the recent rain fall & having the sand & cement cleaned up, so again we would like to strongly disagree with 1 or 2 statements being put wrongly, but we didnot & we do not put fences up or leave them wonky, or crucked eather , we have done excellent work for our customers, we take pride in helping our customers at reasonable prices, & will do all we can to give customers satisfaction. Now due to bad storm weather that the country has sufferd being new or old fencing then customers have to know that this is part of nature & once the job has been completed then our job is done, once the garentee has expired then the customer has now stated that the fences have blown over, 9months or so later why not at the apparent time of completion. I hope this statement has answered the review put to our team. We do take pride in our work for customer care.

Hi there Mr Shah, we did explain to you that we was very busy on another job,&,it has been raining yesterday aswell has today, however we did contact you numersaly when we excepted your job, we again give you a,quote on that, however we had to wait on you because, you was in a meeting, so with alfairness , we had to start another job whilst we waited for you to contact us back, it's just one ov those situations, where we got tied up, but it seems to me that you are looking to give us a bad rating, but we are a professional team and take pride with our customers, again it was just the situation we got caught up in a bigger,job.we are again sorry as I explained to you on our Watts app messages, i also do have the messages from what you said, & also the one that you deleted, so again we are sorry that you feel disappointed, that we couldn't do your job at that prosised time, but yes we did quote you, but we also didn't get enough time to get to you within the time as stated, So we can only again apologise for the inconvenience it may have caused you, but you have given us a 1,star, on review, for saying we are unprofessional, so jus example hear if it was enybody that we are doing big jobs for we don't mind it when it's trickling with rain, but has we was getting on with as much as we could you started to get annoyed that you thought we wasn't coming ,all we explain could we reschedule for the following day, but again, you said in you message to us you was putting us in your profile review. Again we can only apologise, but that is our response we gave you. Sorry for the disappointed & INCONVENIENCE.
