Tennants alarm goes of regularly for no reason. A1 keep coming out but don't resolve the issue.

Do not use this company! We had absolutely disastrous experience. The gate has not been working properly for over eight moths (even with the company supposedly fixing it over numerous visits, and charging us unnecessarily). This has caused massive inconvenience (rubbish not collected, parcels not delivered,dogs running away). The only thing this company is brilliant at is sending bills for such an atrocious service - charging us even if the gate broke the same time they came to fix it! We have had an awful experience with this company and would highly recommend not to use them if you would like to save time, money and inconvenience. More...

Right from the first visit from A1, and I can honestly say every time I make a phone call asking questions, you always receive a reply and the staff are always prepared to go that extra mile. The engineers on the day of the installation were very polite fully explained exactly what they were doing, and made sure that I was fully happy.The installation was completed to a excellent standard and the team left are home tidy.
