Edward did a great job on trimming the slightly overgrown lawn for the first cut of the year and jetwashed the pathway removing the weeds that had grown in between the gaps, and cleaning up the pathway at the same time. He also agreed to do some other minor clear up in both the front and back garden at an extra reasonable.
