I hired Reuben and the team at A-Tech to block paved my drive and fence my garden in August 2024. I’m generally hard to please when it comes to things like this and ordinarily I wouldn’t be bothered to write a review, but praise where praise is due. Their work is to a high standard, they work quickly and their prices are fair. The team are also incredibly polite and considerate to not just me as a customer, but our neighbours too. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I did have a query, and Reuben was accepting and happily came back within 2 days and resolved it - with no fuss whatsoever. Top class work carried out. This included a new patio, new lawned area, new fencing and gates, a large area block paved and a new rubber garage roof. Communication from the start was excellent and consistent throughout. Everything was explained in a manner I could fully understand (rather than jargon that, as I don't work in this area, wouldn't understand). Also, great respect to me from this company as I have a diagnosis of Autism (and ADHD) and I was never "overloaded" with information that I might struggle to process. Very happy with outcome of our new back garden fence/gate. Due to the heavy rain and wind the fence had started to fall down and was leaving the garden accessable to anyone. Thankfully Reuben was able to fit us in just 2 days after he gave us a quote! The job itself was done in only 3 hours!! Reuben and his men were very polite and helpful. They landscaped my entire garden following my own design. They were tidy and cleaned up after themselves. I was not happy with the raised beds and the amount of gravel at the bottom and of the garden so they returned with more soil and gravel, making sure I was satisfied with the finish of it all. Reuben and his team were nothing short of perfect through the whole process. We have had our entire garden and side passage landscaped to suit our life style. New path with gravel either side, new lawn edged with brick, a green house base and patio all framed in black brick and gravel.
Reuben was approachable, listened to what we had in mind, worked with us on materials, made some great suggestions and came up with a brilliant quoting experience.
On the first day of the job he confirmed the vision and explained again the timelines and how work would be carried out. He kept us in the loop the entire time. The team he brought with him were polite and were honetsly great guys just the same as Reuben. We couldnt have asked for better.
When options or slight changes we wanted were identified to the original design he was open to these ideas and brought some ideas forward himself to me that he thought would be better for us. When he did come with an idea or we had a change in mind he wasn't pushy at all in either direction and kept the view the whole time that it was our garden and he would do whatever he could to make it better for us regardless of how much work it would be for him.
The final product has far surpassed what me and my wife had in mind. They cleaned up well before they left and washed the other patio that was remaining as well as the windows and walls to remove any dust or dirt that had gathered.
We can't wait to spend many summers in our new family garden.

Reuben and his team recently completed work on our front and back garden and I honestly couldn't fault them, they worked tirelessly for 6 days and in that time managed to complete the considerable amount of work to a really high standard. The team were polite, friendly and were no bother to have around the property, and all our neighbours have commented on how quick, and professional they were, and how fantastic the results are.
