Excellent company truly professional and everything done to a high standard, would definitely use again.

Unfortunately not a great experience. I asked for oven clean and was quoted £60. I then also agreed some carpet cleaning for £200. First day was cancelled because the previous job overran. No problem. Second time cancelled on the day (after I’d spent an hour moving things on top of furniture) as not feeling well. Finally came on a day when I was at work. I’d paid a deposit but they refused to leave the house until I’d fully paid the total and sent lots of WhatsApp messages insisting I paid while I was in a meeting. Bizarre. I’ve never had a tradesman do this before. So I reluctantly paid up not able to see the result. When I got home the oven was cleaned but still had dirt on the top but worst still they’d left water inside the glass which has dropped down and it looks terrible. Carpets ok but not visibly different. I sent a message saying I wasn’t happy about the drip marks and was told they might pop over if I’m the area. That was 4 days ago and no one has sorted it. Hey, im sorry your unhappy with your clean. Ive got before and after photos of your oven and carpets. The drip marks wasnt there when i had left and your carpets were a natural fibre with urine stains that had permanently damanged the wool, which i had explained. The cancellations were out of my control which you was more than happy to accommodate. Leaving without payment is not our policy as some people have tried to not pay, so i sent loads of photo as proof and christmas being a day away and being so busy i couldnt get before christmas. My mum and dad are so so pleased with their freshly cleaned carpet, it hasn’t been cleaned before and after having a dog and 2 toddlers running round the house a lot it needed a good clean! And Abbie delivered just that. Absolutely brilliant and the carpet has come up looking brand new again. Abbie is such a lovely, friendly, bubbly person and literally gets on with anyone!
