Absolute 5 Star service - Called them and they immediately came, gave me a free quote, was very detailed and showed me pictures of areas that needed work that he spotted when he was on the roof - priced up two jobs - it was a great all in one package, they sorted the scaffolding and waste, came on the agreed date, worked thoroughly and communicated throughout, will be using in the new year for back of the house but they even did some complementary patch work on the back to get me through to the new year! We are so glad somebody recommended Aaron to us to fix our leaking chimneys! When initially contacting Aaron, he was quick to respond and arrange a time to come and assess the work which needed doing. Aaron provided a quote that evening and was able to start the job within a couple of weeks. Aaron provided before and after pictures of the work carried out and kept me updated during, even talking me through where they were up to using a live drone footage. Messaged Aaron after being recommended to sort out roofing and guttering problems at a house we rent out in accrington. Aaron quickly went out to look at the problem and contacted me with his findings. I then booked the job in with him and left him to manage the job as I live in Blackpool. He arranged for scaffolding to go up and all works needed to proceed including some pointing missing from the stonework, approx 20 slates missing from the roof and complete new metal guttering front and back.
