What do you love most about your job?
Helping clients to achieve whatever it is they are looking to do, and of course providing the best advice; even if that advice is to do something different to equity release, if there is an alternative they haven't explored.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I decided to go self-employed in order to be able to achieve work-life balance, better than I was able to whilst being an employed adviser. As a father of a young daughter this was really important to me, in order to avoid having to work crazy hours, as was the case when I was in an employed role. I now have more time and space to really help people from the start of the process through to completion.
Why should our clients choose you?
I pride myself on being very conscientious, caring, and I take things step by step, always available if a client needs me either during the process, or in the future. My aim is to look after my clients and treat them as a friend.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
As my clients are all over the country, I tend to do face to face visits for local clients, and generally phone calls for those people further a field, as many clients are quite happy dealing via phone and email. I can also do meetings via Zoom / Teams, or of course I will travel further if someone really needs a Face to Face appointment. I try to accommodate whatever a client feels they need.
