A quoted 3 day job was scheduled for Monday 20th May. The quality the work was good. Having booked time off to allow access for the work, the service level poor. They did not turn up until 13:45 on day (1 on site for 1.5 hours). Job was completed on day 11, on the 30th May. This and was a cause of much stress and anxiety. The quality of the work is good. Service level very poor. I have contacted them 2 times requesting confirmation of specs used for thermal board insulation and written confirmation of the 5 year warranty as I need it for an EPC certificate. It’s now 3 months since the job started and they have not responded to 2 written requests for this information. So overall 2 stars. Bedroom 3 needs to be insulated too. (Walls and ceiling). I have booked an alternative Comapany for this job and I would never use them again. More...
