Tony introduced himself in an honest manor which i instantly felt i could trust this guy. Started with a basic electrical certification i required on a rental property i own.
Even though my tenant messed him about by changing appointments he was completely understanding. The results of the inspection brought up a list of current and future issues, which Tony said he could still issue a certificate with some inexpensive repairs and issue advisory / recommendation notes, there was no up selling tactics with Tony, he was happy to do the basics for safety of the tenant and my cost to issue certificate. I did opt for him to price up recommendations, all which he did professionally and promptly and at a very reasonable price all emailed to me in detail after which i agreed to the works and he aliased with my tenant and sent detailed before and after pictures of works carried out.
I will use Tony for all my future electrical works and i highly recommend him for his honesty and realistic pricing.

Outstanding. Really impressed by their approach. I have asked other electricians to change out my fuse board but they refused to, stating that the job was too small and I needed to give them other work as well to make it viable. Not so with this firm. I expect the worst when I request help from a trades person, but 'contact an electrician' put my mind at rest. Their work was neat; they were more than willing to work in my garage which is beyond a mess and best of all if felt that I could trust them. For example they undertook assurance on all of my sockets and stayed late to locate and fix a missing earth. Trust and a good work ethic for some reason is so hard to find in trades these days, but not so with this company who made sure that what they gave me was their very best work.
