What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency | Structure | Mindset
There a three pillars which need to all align and work with one another to achieve your goal / goals. Training - it must be structured and consistent. Nutrition - Healthy doesn't have to be boring to have a positive affect on your life, adding structure and creating a healthy relationship with your nutrition is key to your success. Lifestyle - Eating well and training is good but if you're not sleeping enough, making good choices outside of that it's going to be a lot harder to achieve.
What do you love most about your job?
Watching people progress and breaking down what they thought wasn't possible into something truly remarkable.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I spend 12 years in the military playing high level rugby for a large part of that time. Over the years I had to develop my own strength and conditioning which gave me the confidence to perform on and off the field. Fitness has always been a huge passion of mine and when I had the opportunity to make my passion become a profession I jumped at the chance. Now I turn up to work every day and do something I truly love.

I care about each person as an individual and their specific requirements. If you're willing to put the work in, then I'm dedicated to making your goals a reality. I'm a product of putting the work in and out working the competition even when that competition is you! I will show you that anything is possible if you put your mind to it and with the right guidance. Whether you're stepping into the gym for the first or looking to peak for a competition I'm here to help.

Yes - I provide online personal training and strength & Conditioning respectively.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our facility opened in January 2025 we uphold a high level of hygiene. Online coaching is not applicable.
Personal Training
Whether you’re looking for regular 1-1 training guidance, online coaching or just want a one off session to address a sticking point, we’ll be able to help. We work from our dedicated personal training studio in Threemilestone, Truro, Cornwall which removes the barriers of a regular gym environment and lets the focus be on you.

Professional training for amateur athletes.
You're a sports person, so why not train like one?
Training like a bodybuilder or CrossFit athlete won't get you optimally prepared for your sport. I've trained sportsmen and women from a variety of different sports from Muay Thai to Powerlifting with some amazing results.
2-6 LFT can provide you with a bespoke sport specific training plan to have you at peak performance when it counts the most. Choose from 1-1 in person training or online coaching.
