What do you love most about your job?
The most rewarding part of my job is seeing students grow in confidence. So many children start out doubting their abilities, and it’s incredibly fulfilling to watch them develop a genuine belief in themselves. When a student goes from struggling with a subject to tackling it with enthusiasm, that’s when I know we’ve made a real difference.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Amrita has over 9 years of experience in education and tutoring. With a degree in psychology and two successful tuition centres in Reading, she created 101 Tutors to provide flexible, online learning with outstanding tutors. Her focus is on helping students build both academic skills and overall confidence to achieve their full potential.
