We’ve just been for a swim with our two labs Poppy and Daisy and they absolutely loved it, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the service provided in these excellent facilities is brilliant we will definitely be back for another swim.

My dog Maisie is having water treadmill hydrotherapy. She doesn't like water and was really stressed at first. The team have been patient, kind and very professional. We took our puppies Margot and Maia for the first time for a fun swim and the hydrotherapist was great with them and by the end they were much more confident than the start in water, everyone was lovely and we can’t wait to come back soon!

Lola has been coming swimming for years at all branches but today we met Daniel for the first time and Lola was rather nervous at first but he was absolute fantastic with her and put her at ease. We have had the best time at woofs n scruffs, it was Zues first time at the pool and he was looked after so well , he was very nervous as he's not too keen on water but after 20 mins he started to calm down and was encouraged to sit on the ramp in the water Without stressing so can’t wait for our next session and what's too come !!!

Our 8 month old Doberman had a half hour swimming session with Carly, although Debbie doesn’t massively like the water, Carly made her feel super comfortable and by the end of the session she was jumping in the water herself! I would absolutely recommend the swims and we’re definitely going to be using other services like the socialisation etc! Super professional, friendly service. First visit here for Daisy today and we were impressed. The staff were genuine and their love of dogs was obvious as they gathered lots of information about Daisy before taking her through for a groom. When I collected her she looked fabulous and was very calm - usually she drags me out of the groomers but I had to drag her out today! Ollie had his first swimming lesson today and he absolutely loved it thanks to Katie helping him along, he’s a true water pup! Katie made us feel welcome and Ollie loved being in the water with her! First time we’ve been here and it was our first time taking our Labrador Murphy swimming. From booking online to the actual appointment it was so easy. Reception staff were super friendly and gave us a warm welcome. When we actually went through for our session they were so professional and explained exactly what was going to happen. We brought our Akita in for her first ever swim today. Hates the beach, hates the rain, avoids puddles but she swam in the pool today I can’t believe it! Sam is amazing & an absolute credit to your business. So calming and great with Willow- she really warmed to her and trusted her in the pool. Thank you to Linda on reception too, very welcoming, chatty and made a fuss of the doggo! Also huuge thanks to the grooming girls who quickly fit us in for a nail trim after her swim, I know they’re super busy this close to Christmas so I really appreciated that!
