We recently approached Sam to help and advise us with our "retrospective " planning application with ERYC Planning dept. The circumstances of a retrospective application are never ideal but Sam responded very quickly and efficiently. His immediate and friendly approach was welcome in a difficult situation , we explained where we were with the planning enforcement officer, and the difficulty we were having understanding the requirements, rules and regulations. Sam made a home visit and carried out an extensive survey of the whole property and absorbed all the information and issues we were dealing with. In very quick time Sam produced all the relevant drawings and information the council required and dealt with everything they required. The new application was fully revised and submmited in really good time. Sam was very proffesional to deal with and any last minute concerns and alterations to the plans were added with ease. Thankfully we have now recieved the news that the application has been approved , without a doubt we couldn't have got the result without Sam,s knowledge and prompt, effecient action. We wouldn't hesitate in using Sam again if needed for future projects.
