Seosamh is also an RIAI certified Project Supervisor for the Design Process (PSDP) the health and safety role required for all construction projects. Our goal is to maximise the potential of our clients' properties and to help them find inspiration and design ideas that are not always immediately apparent. What do you love most about your job?

A house is typically the biggest investment an individual or family will ever make. I love helping clients to maximize the potential of their properties and helping them find inspiration amd to realise solutions and design ideas they had not previously thought possible.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I believe that good design can greatly increase people enjoyment of their homes and places of work, and i believe that great design can oftendo so within a modest budget.

Yes, throughout the pandemic I have been working remotely with several clients, utilising the usual channels of communication (zoom, etc.) for meetings and leveraging tools such as google and bing maps, streetview as well as an in depth knowledge of council and national archive resources to acquire information about sites which I couldn't visit due to the construction shut-down.
