What inspired you to start your own business?
Always wanted to run my own Practice, but nudged into it through redundancy in 1992

We can certainly tailor our services to suit our Clients needs, which can be done, online/remotely and of course in person.
For me, always believe in person is the best approach, it gives both the opportunity to meet and chat through thoughts/aspirations, but equally you get to see the property/site which gives a much clearer vision/awareness of what may be possible as well as any areas of Planning that may need a different approach.....this first visit is we feel one of the most important sessions within the design/build process and with us..... this is Free of Charge.

We cover from Concept to Completion including Surveys, Feasibility Studies, Planning Design and Applications, Working Drawings to obtain Building Regulation consent and for contractors to work from.
We cover all types of projects from Residential/ New Build, Conversions or Extensions, Listed Buildings, Commercial, Ecclesiastical, Recreational, Industrial, Barn Conversions, Farm Houses with ag tie, Agricultural Schemes and much more.
Located just outside Market Harborough we operate nationwide with free consultations.
