What do you love most about your job?
I love my job - particularly that every day is different and that I get to help people improve the functionality of their homes and the enjoyment they get from them. I've been intrigued by houses and how they are adapted to suit their owner's needs and personality since I was a child, so after having worked for years in a practice specialising in school building, it's a joy to be able to work in this more personal sector.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a family and starting my own business meant having the flexibility to work around these commitments.
