We asked SkyCam's Simon Bricknell to undertake some daytime drone photography for us. The results were so good that we asked him to visit a second time, specifically to take a series of twilight drone images of our house. The results have been spectacular. By turning on every light in the house at dusk and opening every one of the bi-fold doors to the garden, the views created from a height of just 12 metres proved to be dramatic and evocative. Similar photography of one of our houses in France (des images crépusculaires) generated three offers within four weeks of the images being posted on agents' websites. Twilight drone shots definitely make a property stand out from the crowd and help to fire the buyer's imagination. Simon definitely has a 'pilot's eye' for a great shot. Our investment in his drone photography will likely prove to be the best investment we have made in support of the future sale of our London home.
