- Composition of the subject matter to accentuate architectural lines and maximise the property's space.
- Lighting in low light conditions to provide detail to the highlights and shadows.
- Experience as to the best techniques to capture quality images.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
1. Is it a Residential or Commercial shoot?
2. The size and location of shoot?
3. Turnaround time. When are the images / floorplans required?
4. What services are required? Virtual Tours, Still Photography, Video, Floor Plans.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to capture the essence of a property's unique selling points and presenting them in a flattering light.
The variety in my daily routine. No shoot is the same as any other!
