How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

We take time and care to really understand what a clients goals really are. Not just what but also why. It's really important to think through why as often that is where the real motivation is. We work together with all our clients to develop a plan that will work for them. No two people are the same and the approach needs to be something that will work for that individual.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

It may seem boring but its true, it works, eat like an adult.....lots of vegetables, some fruit, meat and fish, manage carbohydrates (rice/potatoes/pasta/bread etc) to how much exercise you do. Try to eat as many whole foods as possible and avoid pre-packaged and fast foods and fizzy drinks. Then have a structured and fun approach to exercise that includes as many things that you enjoy and then keep doing it over the long run!

What do you love most about your job?

Working with lots of different types of people and seeing them meet and exceed their goals. I love helping people change their perspectives of what is possible and taking back control of their lives, their health and their happiness.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I wanted to do something that made a difference to real people. I spent 10 years working in a large corporate environment but no matter how many millions of $$'s I saved or made for the company I couldn't link that to real people. As a trainer and coach I get to work with lots of different types of people and really make a difference in their lives.

I am passionate about what I do. I love getting to know people and working out unique ways to help people achieve their goals. I constantly strive to learn more and improve myself as a coach and trainer learning from the best in the business. I spend a lot of time and money every year to make sure I can give the absolute cutting edge support to my clients. I really care about you and your goals!
