Wilson Removals Oxford

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They arrived 3 hours late for my removal.
They did not remove all of my belongings as their van was not big enough and they claimed that I had too much stuff.
They then took over 6 hours to arrive at the new property when the journey was only 30 to 40 minutes.
When they did arrive they stated that they had been told to unload the van outside the front door and leave my belongings there.
On unloading the van they had broken my wardrobe beyond repair.
They then tried to tell me that the price had gone up another £200.

THEY ARE NOT AS THEY CLAIM ON THEIR WEBSITE. STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS!

Wilson staff were fantastic, they made the dreaded chore of moving stress-free and in a weird way, enjoyable!
They were on time and called before they arrived to make sure we knew they were on their way.
Two crew came to do the packing one day prior to move.
They made our life really easy and we even did not have to do anything!
The price was very reasonable and we will definitely be using them for our next move - I would highly recommend Wilson Removals at my work place, Families and friends.

A Truly shocking company whose services are beyond bad.
Despite providing them with concise details about the job, when the actual day came for the collection it was found that the vehicle was not adequate, second vehicle that was sent had same issue but also with broken tailgate!!
Rude, dismissive 'crew' all wearing shorts and sandals.
Appearance of website is truly deceiving, this is nothing but a bunch of cowboys running a small man and van service with broken vans! Customer service is non existent and they in fact screen calls so that you cannot even lodge your concerns / complaints.

One driver even drove into wall and they refused to pay back deposit.

A warning to all, please take heed and avoid at all costs !!

If negative scores were possible then this would be lowest of the low.

Never use again 2 people came one missing called HQ no answer as call screening. Arrived 9.40pm (2 hrs late) two lutons and two men not enough. They would not assess by visiting my home. Damages emailed no answer from them vinyl centre kitchen torn as pulled fridge across NOT on wheels I showed the men/ scratched wooden floor dragging a wardrobe centre of room deep gouge. DONT USE!
