Hi there and thanks for checking out our profile!

As a family, we’re passionate about dogs, the great outdoors and new adventures. Combining these together led us to set up Wild Ones to offer unique adventure walks for dogs in the Biggar and Moffat areas surrounded by the spectacular countryside of the Southern Uplands that not only provide the physical exercise dogs need but also mental stimulation, socialisation and sense of adventure.

My doggies go with Steph every week and they have a ball

Stef was very patient and waited for my new job to start before the service started. She took my dog out today, being very patient with her when she was scared, and allowed her to have fun safely. I trust Stef as I believe that Wild Ones Adventure Dogs really do care for dogs. More...

Thank you for the lovely review Hazel!

Contacted Stef (who was recommended by 2 other local dog walkers), because we needed someone we could trust to pop in and let our dog out for a comfort break during the day. We also wanted her to have a bit of playtime & stimulation. Having never allowed anyone other than family members to look after our dog, it was a difficult decision to make. Stef is so professional, yet personable and friendly. We really feel that she has the dog's best interest at the heart of what she does. She gently took her time until our dog felt comfortable with her. The walks Stef and Jon take the dogs on look brilliant, though as yet we haven't had the need to use this service. Would happily recommend Wild Ones Adventure Dogs. More...

my wee boy can be very energetic, not listen outside and can be generally very hard to try and train! but stef had loads of patience and some great tips on how to attract his attention outside with loads of distractions! after about half an hour she was getting him doing his recall and managed to even make me comfortable enough to trust him off leash enclosed! i would highly recommend stef and jon if you are looking for people who are compassionate about dogs and who have amazing patience and knowledge of dog training! We would highly recommend Wild Ones Adventure Dogs! We have 3 lovely dogs all of different sizes and all with different, qualities, flaws and preferences. Wild Ones, took the time to meet us and our four legged babies, to truly understand where the most enjoyable and suitable place to take them would be. We felt so at ease and very confident in Wild One's ability and really enjoyed some guilt free time away from our bin trashers! This was the first time we have ever allowed anyone else to take our beloved dogs out and we would be sure to use Wild One's again. They came back and snuggled straight down, only waking up so I could show them the wonderful pictures of them! An excellent service run by a great team! Woof! More...

A love of dogs and being outside enjoying what the world has to offer

We’re experienced dog walkers and highly value mental stimulation as well as physical exercise. We understand the importance of variety and aim for every walk to fully engage your dog in their level. We take time to get to know your dog and understand what makes they tick. Be that playing sniffing games, chasing a ball or going for a swim, our aim is to provide a walk your individual dog would choose.
