Having been in the fitness industry for several years, I have attended many weight loss/body fat reduction courses and explored various fitness fields which have all given me a vast amount of knowledge that has helped achieve the toughest goals.

My workout plans and training sessions are unique to each client and designed to help them reach their goal in the quickest possible way. When designing their workouts and fitness plans, I take into account their current level of fitness, injuries and limitations, as well as exercise preferences and dislikes. I believe exercising has to be fun yet challenging and most important aspect is to keep my clients motivated and to give them close support along the way.
I am available for my clients, should they have any questions, doubts or need additional motivation to keep going even on days when they don't see me for a training session.
