I am a Life and health coach and specifically work with Women who want to lose weight without restrictive dieting, calorie counting and/or spending all their time in the gym. I am qualified as a Personal trainer and fitness instructor so am able to tailor exercise programs towards the needs of female clients.

I have tailor programmes for 3 - 12 months and advise that the minimum time that you can work with me is 3 months to see any positive changes.
