What makes a great website?
A great web site needs to be easy and obvious to navigate. Don't overload your space with too much information all at the same time (this is a turn off for your customers not to mention confusing), instead be clever in your navigation and help your potential customers obtain information easily.
Yes the site needs to look great, that goes without saying, but it also needs to be built properly by a team who is up to date with latest technologies and be aware of the requirements from Google which change regularly. If a site isn't built properly, Google will penalise you for technical errors and it takes experience and skill to do this properly.

Our motto was always "Treat people how you would like to be treated" because having experienced terrible bosses and awful treatment of customers , we wanted to do something different and do it the right way.
