I used Valkyrie Chauffeurs yesterday for a door to door service and return. We were picked up on time and we got to our destination without issue . We were picked up without issue on the return trip . We did a slight deviation on the return journey after I realised I could do a tick on my bucket list ( visiting Old Trafford). The driver Nathan was excellent , courteous and opened the door for the passengers . The car was in immaculate condition . The light interior was spotless. The roomy back seat was important as we were in the car for a long time . The added extras like water and tissues were a bonus , but the real bonus were the phone cables . As we are from overseas , charged phones are important as we were away from the car for 2 hours. Overall I highly recommend Valkyrie Chauffeurs As a aside , we chose Valkyrie as a result of using google . The first company we tried went to a recorded message and please email us . We then tried Valkyrie . They weren’t in the office but answered the phone . They were half way to getting the job irrespective of the cost. More...

Nathan and Leigh-Ann are justifiably protective of their brand and their drivers and vehicles are carefully selected to maintain that. Car organised for my son's wedding. My son called to see if the driver could arrive any earlier - the driver said he would come 20 mins earlier. Then they tried to charge me £25 plus VAT as an 'admin' charge for this minor change - despite the fact that this was not raised when my son called. When I challenged this they tried to claim that my son had spilt some champagne in the car (not previously mentioned). This was a greatly exaggerated complaint - the driver had braked quite hard causing my son's wife to spill a glass of champagne on her trousers and a small amount on the carpet. The aggression of the charging policy and the general unreasonable attitude of the company are clear red flags - beware! The reply below was my initial email reply. There then followed 'champagnegate' and the belligerent attitude generally. This is the problem with outfits like this - they destroy any residual goodwill with their approach to the 'small print' in the contract and what appeared to be a wholly disingenuous allegation to justify a ridiculous charge. Second to none, excellent service that I have been using for many years now. I've travel globally for work and have used many Chauffeur services in UK and abroad. Valkyrie has to be the best. They have an innate understanding of what is expected and deliver every time without failure. Our journey to and from Heathrow could not have been smoother. My initial email enquiry was quickly replied to, and I was able to pay securely online. Going out, I received a text message 10 minutes before arrival confirming all was well, and for our return journey, Nathan waited for us despite a late flight arrival and delays in customs. The vehicle was a long wheel base, meaning we could stretch out, and was clean and very comfortable. Water, tissues, sweets and headphones were also provided, which were welcome after a long flight. What do you love most about your job?
I love the fact I am my own boss and that I am in charge of my own destiny. I also deliver the very highest level of service that our customers deserve.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I first had the idea for starting this business a few years prior after I noticed a brand new Mercedes S-Class with the driver standing next to it whilst out walking in Cheltenham. The driver was waiting for the Bride & Groom to come out of the Church so he could take them to the reception. I remembered thinking to myself at the time "What a rewarding job, I can imagine doing that".

We are family run established in 2014. Over the years, the business has grown leaps and bounds. I believe this is due to a very professional work ethic. Because of this, our customers can be rest assured that they will receive the absolute highest level of service and the reassurances that the car and driver they booked will be there on time, every time. We are open & transparent about our pricing, services and drivers. We have 2 PAYE employed drivers as well as my wife & I.

We specialise in modern vehicles for wedding day services, but as all our vehicles are licenced for private hire use they are also able to carry out chauffeured services beyond the wedding day. Such as:
