Firstly, although I did have a few issues when calling up on advice preparing for the operation, I really do have to say that this hospital is absolutely incredible. Going in today as a day patient, the staff were amazingly friendly and they did their jobs very professionally. The hospital is a very tidy, sleek and pleasant place in itself, which I feel is one of the big differences between private hospitals as opposed to normal ones. I felt informed at all times and was even offered a wide selection of foods and drinks after coming round from the operation. If anyone is debating whether to go here I can honestly say that I would highly recommend it. More...
Excellent service - lovely staff. Following a fall from a horse, my partner needed an x-ray urgently on a Bank Holiday weekend - always a difficult time to get medical care. After phoning several other "urgent services", the Princess Grace urgent care answered straight away and were very helpful on the telephone. We drove to the hospital - lovely staff. Within 1 hour, full examination, x-ray, sling and sorted out. Worth every penny. More...
Greate service in urgent care but very expensive.
great quality of care
Had surgery last month and stayed at the hospital for four nights. All the doctors, nurses and hospital staff were very professional and helpful; nothing was too much trouble. A difficult time was made much easier with their support. I would recommend The Princess Grace Hospital to others. More...
