I recently won a voucher for a family afternoon tea picnic from the Gourmet Sandwich Kitchen so cashed it in yesterday for our family day out. Wow what a treat it was!! Thank you so much to Tracey for your amazing service & even more amazing food. The sandwiches were obviously freshly made & tasted delicious, the homemade scotch eggs & sausage rolls were superb and as for the cakes well they were incredible! We had the best looking picnic out of everyone at Noahs Ark Zoo Farm & had lots of envious looks as we took out our little brown boxes containing our delicious feast � I would highly recommend the Gourmet Sandwich Kitchen to anyone looking to make their day out extra special & fuss free. What’s your signature dish?
Lunchtime sandwiches are definitely the signature.. Offering fillings like; mozzarella with rocket, tomato & balsamic. Smoked salmon with citrus cream-cheese & dill. Roasted beef with horseradish, caramelised onion & rocket.. These are just a few.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
By working closely with each individual & providing a unique seasonal menu where ever we can.
What do you love most about your job?
Creating delicious food for my customers that they love and the great feedback I receive from them. This really motivates me and helps me achieve great job satisfaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working 70 hours a week for someone else!
I wanted to provide quality lunches that are good quality at an affordable price.
Why should our clients choose you?
Independently owned, I work with my customer to help them achieve the best menu they can for their event.
It does'nt matter if it is a breakfast, lunch platter or birthday party, I will always put my heart and soul in to providing quality, fresh food that looks and tastes fantastic. No processed packet bread is used!
