These lovely ladies were great to work with. As soon as I met them and we talked about what I wanted, they put forward their ideas for my venue (which they knew well) and I was immediately put at ease. They were helpful and honest in what they suggested and what would look good in each room. The end result was just wonderful and fitted in exactly with the initial criteria I had set out. Planning a wedding can be stressful and after a couple of false starts I was recommended to contact Sharon and Dawn at The Final Flourish.
It was the best decision we could have made, From our first meeting to subsequent catch ups and consultations these guys were on the ball and totally on our wave length. We were encouraged to get 'hands on' with centrepieces, try various combinations and designs until we felt 110% happy. The feedback from our chosen venue was exceptionally positive. Sharon and Dawn liaised with our wedding planner throughout, carried out a full handover prior to our big day and on the day just cracked on with the styling with ease and confidence.
I first walked into the room and was blown away. Every expectation was exceeded, our guests were equally wowed from the biggest to the smallest detail, nothing was to much trouble.

If you are sick of being told that everything costs the earth because it's a wedding or that you will have to compromise because "your ideas just won't work in this space" then look no further than these ladies! !! I decided to have my reception in an average looking village hall because I wanted to make it my own. Sharon and Dawn not only embraced my ideas they ran with them embellished them and then REALLY DELIVERED! They were incredibly reasonable, very professional and so so nice!! I would highly recommend The Final Flourish to anyone looking to reduce the stress and worry of decorating their wedding venue. Sharon and Dawn were just great. Sharon and Dawn are amazing at what they do, not only are they lovely and friendly nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. Right from our very first meeting they listened to our vision and then came back with various options to choose from. I even kept e-mailing them questions and queries that I had and also kept asking them to do more and more but again they did not seem phased by this and it appeared to not be any trouble for them. They also ran through everything with me right before the wedding to make sure nothing was missed and that we were happy with everything. On the day of our wedding when we first seen the venue set up with our vision we were blown away at how it looked as they did a fantastic job in such a short turn around time, everything looked fantastic and we had many comments about how lovely it all looked. We were very happy with the service Dawn and Sharon provided. I would recommend having a meeting at the venue not just at the studio as ideas you have could completely change once you see the venue.
Especially in our case as the venue was an old Manor house with unique features.
The arch they created for the ceremony was amazing, due to the darkness of the breakfast room the colours and added glitter were great ideas to bring light. The centre pieces and small details on the table looked even better than described. My husband and I were very beyond happy with our day. Thank you Final Flourish! �

What do you love most about your job?
Our favourite thing is working with our clients to create the day of their dreams. We are both very creative people and running The Final Flourish gives us the opportunity to combine our two favourite things, working with people and having the opportunity to create fabulous designs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The Final Flourish was created on the 1st October 2015 over a cup of coffee and a slice of cake. At the time we had no idea quite how quickly our little idea would take off or how much support and encouragement we would receive along the way. We both share a passion for our work and love nothing more than working with our clients to create the day of their dreams Both of us have worked in the Wedding Industry previously and it was our combined love of all things wedding along with our passion for creating that inspired us to start The Final Flourish.

Helping
For many couples part of the excitment of planning and preparing for their special day includes buying and making their table decorations. And having spent so many months sourcing just the right things, we know how important it will be that on your big day, your tables look just right. But with all the important wedding morning preparations perhaps you feel that you simply won't have time to dress your tables yourself. And this is where our skilled team of Styling Experts can help!
Our "Lets Get Dressed" service is the helping hand that allows you to sit back, relax and enjoy your day, safe in the knowledge that your carefully chosen decorations are being installed to create the day of your dreams. Our team will come to your venue and style your tables with your decorations to your specification. We will use our expertise and meticulous attention to detail to ensure that every element is just right.
Our package includes:
- A consultation where we will ask you to bring along your chosen decorations and talk us through your vision for them.
- Table styling on the day using your decorations.
Price from £15.00 per table.
If you want a little more and would like us to decorate other areas of your venue with your decorations, we would be more than happy to discuss this with you further.
Price from £20 per hour.
Please note prices shown above include travel to your venue within a 15 mile radius of OX11. Additional milage costs will be incurred for venues outside of this.
Hiring
Wedding Decoration Hire
Simple, quick and easy. Hire from our extensive range of props and centrepieces. Collect from our showroom a day in advance of the event and return to us the day after your event. Our most basic service, but still with the great levels of customer service, you expect from The Final Flourish.We have a huge range of items available to hire and we are constantly adding more so finding beautiful decor for your wedding couldn't be easier.
Styling
Wedding Styling
Creating the day of your dreams.
At The Final Flourish, we believe that no two weddings or events should ever be the same. Because of that we don't offer conventional wedding packages. Instead, we create bespoke designs that truly reflect your personality as a couple. We want to help you create memories that will last a lifetime. We will guide you through the planning process from start to finish, from those initial ideas to that all important "wow" moment when your guests walk through the door. This is your wedding and should be done your way so we are happy to manage as little or as much of your wedding as you like. Our initial consultation is free of charge and we would be delighted for you to visit us at our fabulous showroom so that we can get to know you and you can get a feel of what it would be like to work with us.
All our designs are based on our extensive range of centerpieces and props available to hire and hire costs will be included within the full quotation. To see just some of our products click here
Our Venue Styling service is perfect for couples who are looking for professional expertise and guidance to help create their special day and want to hire all of the elements to create beautiful table centerpieces and venue decorations. Our Styling Service includes:
- 1 x inital Consultation
- Creation of Mood Boards.
- 1 x 1hr Scheme preview
- 1 x Venue visit
Cost £100.00
If you are looking for more than just a design service and want to avoid the stress of setting up your venue on your big day, then our full Venue Styling, On the Day Set up and Collection service is the perfect solution. This includes:
- Our full Styling Service as detailed above
- Full set up on the day at your venue and collection the following day.*
Cost £220.00
(* Price is based on venues located within in a 15 mile radius of OX11, venues located outside of this radius will incur an additional milage. Price is based on upto 3 hours of set up time, where the scheme requires more than 3 hours set up time, additional hours will be charged at an hourly rate of £20, this will be included in the quotation)
